We are pleased to announce that we have re-published the "online" version of the course titled
"Essential Customer Service Skills".
First published in 2006 with a second edition published in 2016, this updated course comes with new content, images, Youtube videos, and improved experience in a number of areas when compared to the original course. The module quiz submit button issue was also fixed.
There have been 26 online courses re-published so far. We look forward to continuing to re-publish other courses that need it in the National Institute of Continuing Education catalog.
